Warranty
The Plug 'n Spa is warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months. The pump, heater and controller carry a two year Davey Water Products Ltd manufacturers warranty against faulty parts and workmanship. The first year is an on site warranty and the second is a return to base warranty. Warranties are only valid in New Zealand.
Full spa services are available at our factory in Auckland and through many field agents around the country.
We offer a same-day courier dispatch for all spa pool accessories and consumables orders placed before 2pm. Replacement parts and other items such as filters, spa chlorine, bromine tablets, test strips, are all readily available.

When we got the motor fixed, they were very, very good. They're lovely people to deal with and it's a lovely spa. We haven't ever regretted getting it.Servicing
