Warranty
The Plug 'n Spa Polyethylene Shell is warranted for five years- against spitting blistering and breaking.
The Plug 'n Spa is warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months.  The pump, heater and controller carry a two year Davey Water Products Ltd manufacturers warranty against faulty parts and workmanship.  The first year is an on site warranty and the second is a return to base warranty.  Warranties are only valid in New Zealand. 

When we got the motor fixed, they were very, very good. They're lovely people to deal with and it's a lovely spa. We haven't ever regretted getting it.

Servicing
Full spa services are available at our factory in Auckland and through many field agents around the country.

It can be easily serviced and you can get at the motor easily.

Cost is a big factor plus your back-up service and the quality of it. I looked at other spa pools and I think the Plug 'n Spa is up there with everybody else. I've been most impressed.

Accessories and consumables
We offer a same-day courier dispatch for all spa pool accessories and consumables orders placed before 2pm.  Replacement parts and other items such as filters, spa chlorine, bromine tablets, test strips, are all readily available.

The period from ordering to delivery was quick.

Spa International is excellent. Our spa pools were delivered without the slightest problem. Ordering the filter elements is a piece of cake and I'm very impressed with the service from Auckland when you ring them. It's been all good as far as I'm concerned.
